I’ve been making these chocolate acorns for years. Honestly, I don’t even remember how I first learned to make them, but I’m sure glad I did.

These chocolate acorns are the perfect holiday snack or dessert. Bring a container of these creative treats to any party or get together and they’re sure to be a smash hit.

The best part is that they are SO easy and quick to whip up.

Ingredients

• ** how much of each ingredient depends on how many acorns you want to make
• mini vanilla wafer cookies
• mini chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life, allergen free!)
• chocolate kisses
• decorative frosting or icing

Directions

1. Spread a small amount of frosting over flat side of the chocolate kiss, then glue against the flat surface of the vanilla wafer cookie.
2. Pipe a dot of icing on the flat surface of the mini chocolate chip and glue to the top of the vanilla wafer cookie.
3. Allow to dry on a flat surface for an hour.
4. Enjoy!
